Terms of service

QueueAI offers monthly and annual subscriptions processed by Paddle. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of a payment, including a renewal, as described in our Refund Policy. Canceling stops future renewals and does not automatically refund earlier payments.

By accessing or using queueai.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

You acknowledge that the Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated outputs. You remain solely responsible for verifying and using such content.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you or generated for you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of queueai.app and its licensors.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall queueai.app, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
