Your data, your workspace

Privacy policy

How QueueAI collects, uses, and protects information in your workspace.

Last updated: October 14, 2026

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, query our AI services, or communicate with us. This includes:

  • Account Details: Name, email address, and OAuth authentication tokens.
  • Usage Data: Saved chats, projects history, metadata, and workspace settings.
  • Device Data: IP address, operating system, and browser telemetry details for diagnostics.

We use the collected information to maintain security, optimize latency, and refine query routing:

  • Maintain, update, and secure your persistent workspace data.
  • Enable the active session memory and projects indexing.
  • Respond to diagnostic issues and prevent fraudulent activities.

Note: We do NOT use your private code, database records, or conversational text to train public LLM models.

When you connect Google Workspace, QueueAI receives OAuth tokens and the account name and email address. Depending on the permissions you approve and the tools you request, QueueAI accesses Drive file names and contents; Gmail messages, threads, drafts, and vacation settings; Google Docs documents; Sheets spreadsheet contents; Calendar events and availability; and Tasks lists and tasks.

We use this data to answer your requests, retrieve project context, summarize source material, prepare documents and spreadsheets, draft or send email, and perform supported calendar and task actions. Connecting an account grants the permissions displayed by Google; it does not mean every file or message is automatically imported. Relevant retrieved content may be included in AI requests and saved conversations or derived workspace context.

QueueAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising, sold to data brokers, or used by QueueAI to train generalized AI models. Transfers are limited to providing the requested features, applicable legal obligations, and permitted security purposes.

Disconnect Google Workspace in QueueAI to remove the saved connection and tokens. You can also revoke access through your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized retrieval; it does not delete source files in Google or copies already saved in QueueAI chats. Delete saved chats or request deletion of account data and derived context at support@queueai.app.

We do not sell or trade your workspace telemetry data. Information is disclosed only as described:

  • Service Providers: Hosting and database services operate the application. Configured AI inference services, including DeepSeek endpoints and auxiliary AI/search services, process the context needed for your requested task. Connected providers such as Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub, Notion, and Linear receive authorized requests.
  • Legal Compliance: To satisfy applicable court orders, investigations, or legal procedures.

We use authenticated access controls and HTTPS for transfers to connected providers. Connection tokens and account metadata are stored in the application database. Application-level encryption of individual OAuth token fields is not currently implemented. We do not offer a contractual region-specific residency or provider-wide zero-retention guarantee for AI processing.

Connected app content, including Google Workspace and Slack content, is fetched for user-requested tasks. Saved conversations and derived summaries remain until you delete the chat or account; no automatic expiry period is configured for saved chats. Disconnecting an app removes its saved connection and OAuth tokens from QueueAI, but does not remove content already included in saved chats.

You can delete chats and your account through QueueAI, or request deletion from support@queueai.app using your account email. Provider-side processing and retention follow the configured provider’s terms. Contact support for details before connecting data that requires specific residency or retention guarantees.

Deleting your account removes your account and workspace records. To prevent repeated introductory offers, we retain a keyed, irreversible representation of your email address with the offer type and date after deletion. This record contains no readable email, chats, or connection tokens and is used only to check eligibility for introductory offers. Gmail mailbox aliases share the same eligibility record. Contact support@queueai.app for questions about this limited anti-abuse record.
